When booking to have your records professionally cleaned or to be warp flattened, we will send you instructions about how to pack your records correctly. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service. We can also arrange collection or drop-off in the Bristol and surrounding areas.

Warp flattening and cleaning will usually take 1 week from receipt of the record with us. We will then return your record(s) cleaned and packed by courier. These time frames can change dependent on the number of items you have sent us, but we will keep in contact with you every step of the way via either WhatsApp or email to let you know how it is all going.

No! We use the most up-to-date technology which is currently being developed in the USA for flattening records. Though the process does use heat, it is highly sensitive and regulated so as not to interfere with the actual groove structure. Once the flattening process has taken place your records are allowed to cool and are then cleaned and returned to you in a polylined sleeve.

We have been working in the record selling, buying and trading business for well over 10 years. We are highly expereinced in the care and upkeep of vinyl records and we will treat your collection as it it were our own. In the unlikely event that your record becomes damaged in the process we will refund you the cost of the service and compensate you for the value of the record itself using current Discogs median price value. The warp flattening process can take a few runs to achieve the best result. However, some records that are badly warped may not flatten completely. Should this be the case then we will flatten as much as we can without interfering with the structure of the grooves, therefore we cannot guarantee level flatness with every order. Regardless, your records will be treated in the same way and receive the same cleaning and return service.
